The Architectural Aluminium factory is one of the best equipped plants, its production areas have been designed to give maximum manufacturing flexibility. As a result White Aluminium is able to mass-produce units for major projects and simultaneously manufacture for individually designed commercial applications. These include commercial and residential buildings, hospitals, schools, hotels and military and industrial installations, many of which require powder coating, an operation which is carried out in our fully equipped electrostatic powder coating plants. These plants are capable of producing finishes to international standards with full Ral color range to meet any specification.

Design
From design concept to full working detailed drawings including technical submissions and supportive data to meet rigorous and strict ministerial and professional company standards.
Fabrication/Manufacture
Includes the use of the most modern multi-function machines and sophisticated pneumatic glazing tables under the control and guidance of expert personnel.
Glass Services
We hold large stocks of glass to satisfy the nationwide demand and the requirements of individual customers. Glass cutting is carried out to the customer requirements on a Computer Numerically Controlled machine. White Aluminium has "state of the art" glass beveling, edging, bending and lamination machines as well as a full double glazing line and Glass Tempering and Heat Strengthening production facility. The Tempering plant is the most advanced one of its kind in the area, having the highest production rates and biggest loading capacity. In addition, White Aluminium did not forget the importance of the aesthetic touch in glass. For that, in addition to the above services, White Aluminium houses two unique Computer Numerically Controlled machines for custom engraving and custom boundary and inner cutting, beveling and grinding of flat sheets of glass of all thicknesses according to any pattern loaded directly to the machine via a terminal by our CAD operators.

Installation
Carried out by fully trained installers, controlled by a multi-disciplined contract management team, working to pre-planned and agreed contract programs and sequences, and having due regard to individual project requirements, i.e. Storage, and distribution, setting out and securing individual units to concrete structures or prepared concrete or masonry openings, alignment of units and application of caulking/mastic sealant.
